Friendship

I am luckier than most. I have very good friends. It's like God has given me different people for very individual reasons. There is much I have learned from my friends. I'll share some interesting factoids:

1. Andrea: I have learned to spread my wings (literally, 7/26/99) and think logically while having a damn good time at it! I have learned, and continue to learn, that sometimes you have to talk something out to figure out what you need.

2. Nina: I have learned about happy marriage; both from watching hers as well as seeing her parents.

3. Diane: I have learned strength when I thought there was none to be had.

4. Lisa: I have learned unconditional love; what it is like to truly say whatever you want with no fear of judgment.

5. Marsha: I have learned that I can always call her when in need and she will be there.

6. Ray: I have learned that growing spiritually can be fun and completely rewarding when you have a friend to guide you.

7. PutzMaster: I have learned that sometimes you have to go for what you want and deal with the consequences later.

8. Lane: I have learned that even a bad play is still a great night out with a friend.

9. Sister Lany Jo: I have learned that if you have five minutes to spare, and use them in service, that it is completely satisfying.

10. Kathy: I have learned that you have to do what YOU think is right for you and your family and that personal strength comes from endurance and the strength of your friends.

So how can it be that I sit alone so often with no where to turn? I guess I need to re-read what I wrote above and find my endurance.

Chat soon.

xoxo
